Upside Down Land

Upside Down Land

Upside Down Land is a semi-permanent installation and interactive sculpture featuring over 40 artists. The project is spearheaded by Pan Pantoja from The Potentialist Workshop. Artists were invited to create areas of the mythical world of Upside Down Land. Jessi Sprocket was the lead of the Octopus Ocean section which includes a coral cave and Ignacio the sea monster. The entirety of Octopus Ocean is covered in a kinetic fabric sea on the ceiling. Octopus ocean was created with a team of artists including Kristen Straight, Lee Normus, Chris Crow and Daisy Mae Dixon. The project and Sprocket were featured on PBS nationally.
